Is there a place to buy replacement crystals and crystal growing liquid? There was an unfortunate misunderstanding in our household...

We're having trouble getting our crystals to grow. We returned the 1st kit and are having same issue with 2nd kit. Any suggestions?

The stones must be covered in the liquid and left undisturbed for 24 hours. Shaking or moving the cups may result in crystals that do not grow. If after 24 hours your crystals have not grown, remove the rocks and carefully reheat the solution and follow the instructions over again. If you have tried these steps, please contact us consumer @fabercastell.com for further assistance. We'll be happy to help you further.

The crystals did not grow at all and we followed the directions closely. very disappointed! can we get replacement crystals that will actually work?
