The recovery software just said failure. No explanation or solution. Poor instructions.
This was a complete disappointment. I needed to recover info from a sim card, via a reader or direct phone cord. The program seems like it is set up ok, but it didn't function on any sim card I tried locked or not. It just said data acquisition status was a failure and so is the product.

Does not work and customer service was beyond bad. I wasted $50.

no-sim card reader
Had to break it to get the sim card out, no user directions. Should be much more user-friendly. Waste of $, cheaply made

is not what you write nothing is not restore

You can't get the SIM card back out once you put it in
Thing didn't work and also once you put the SIM card in you can't get it out
