MRM Nutrition CoQ-10 L-Carnitine Liquid for Women & Men - 32 Servings

I came across CoQ10 in 2007 when I was researching my newly diagnosed hypertension. It went undiagnosed for many years and when I was hospitalized for 4 days it was a big wake up call! I wanted to understand the illness better so I started Googling it. As with any Google search you get related results... some good, some not... but I noticed that CoQ10 kept coming up quite a bit. At first I ignored those results but after seeing it more and more I looked it up. This product is AWESOME!!! It does everything it claims and then some. Don't just take my word for it... research it and see all the benefits. I can tell you that in just a short time of using it (back in 2007) it contained my blood pressure so well, I went without meds for 3 months... only went back on my meds because the manufacturer (Drinkables) stopped producing it. I searched EVERYWHERE for it and could only find the pills or capsules (which do absolutely nothing for me!!!) I came across another brand Qunol and it tastes so bad (Orange Pineapple) I just could NOT keep taking it even though it yielded good results... then I found this one... I was hesitant at first because I just wanted the CoQ10 and this one has L-Carnitine which I never heard of before... so I researched it and couldn't be more pleased! I got it! I LOVE IT!!! It tastes so good, too! I highly recommend that you research these two supplements and if decide you want/need it DEFINITELY get this brand!!!

I just LOVE this product, taste great and very active. personally I consume it every morning. Give me great energy to start the day. Have been consuming this product for over 2 years. (Purchase it from a local health food market, until I found it cheaper on Amzon.) Notice the cumulative effect within 3 months of consumption Stopped, after 10 months, only to realize, that my sciatic nerve start acting up... My back pain refused to leave me despite months of chiropractic treatment... Noticed that As soon as I start drinking it again ... My nerve pain went away! A friend told me it's the CoQ10 effect. I felt it on a cellular level. I start consuming the L-Carnitine (the pill form) for weight management, notice that the MRM brand was the most effective one, in comparison to other brands I tried, Then discovered it in a liquid form + Co q10. This is the 6th re-order my husband and I have placed since we first tried it WE are completely sold and will continue to buy it. There are a couple things that you need to make sure you are aware of when putting this into your regimen. Start off slow, see how your body reacts to it, it will speed up your blood flow so natuarally, you'll feel a kick in your step (different than caffeine). Gradually get up to a full dose. It will give you energy so don't take it at night unless you'll be up for quite some time. We are adding it to our supplements in the morning to start off our day. L-Carnitine is very helpful in breaking down fats and is great to add into any weight loss / excercise regimen as well. CoQ10 is my favorite supplement! I know it's silly to say that about a supplement but if research all the wonderful benefits COQ10 does for you, you will never be without it... Not only does CoQ10 help the development of Collagen (It's needed in order for collagen to be produced in our system) but since your body stops producing it as we age, this is a necessity for our bones, skin, hair, joints, muscle rovery & retention....the list goes on! I ordered this product based on positive reviews. I put a tablespoon in my morning protein shake and take a tablespoon (unmixed) at lunch. It has an orange/pineapple flavor, which actually tastes good. I found that, at first, I felt a little lightheaded, irritable and had a slight headache (for the first 4 days, but that subsided. Now, I feel like I can work harder at the gym and recover quicker, and have gotten comments that I look like I've lost weight . . .although, I feel I've lost inches, not weight - which is fine with me. I, also, feel like I get severe hot flashes an hour to two hours after taking this supplement, but they subside within 2 hours. It has made me lose my cravings for carbohydrates and sweets, which is amazing (I am a true carb addict, so this is awesome). I would definitely recommend this product because it does give me energy and has great results.

I just ordered this a few days ago and have been taking it as directed every morning. Too soon to see/feel any noticeable effects as it's only been about 4-5 days. That being said, the flavor is yummy. I saw a review where someone referred to it as an orange creamsicle flavor and that is spot on. I actually don't mind drinking this every day. It's a good-sized bottle so should last a while, but I'll definitely order more once I run out.

Great product! It can be a challenge to find a liquid supplement in many vitamins, let alone one that also tastes good. My daughter has no issue taking this product and we often use it as a base to mix in some other liquid supplements she doesn’t like to mask the flavor. I like that it has a high enough dose of both vitamins also that you don’t have to take half the bottle to get the amount of the vitamin you need. Definitely would recommend this to everyone looking for these supplements!
