How come my chocolates taste very old and many are even white when I unwrap them?

I haven’t had that problem, but the white color is due to something called bloom when the cocoa fat rises to the surface. It doesn’t typically change the taste. It sounds like really old chocolate! I would get a refund!

How do i know they won't melt? i'm ordering from amazon and shipping to san francisco area (153 piece dove promises)

Dear Susan, During hot weather, if you order through Candy Warehouse, insulated boxes, with ice, are included in the shipping cost for your order. These will help to reduce the chance of melting. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone if you have any further questions. (310) 343-4099

Can these make it from colorado to atlanta without melting? december gift

They made from Colorado to Florida fine. No melting. But majority of the chocolates were mixed with old/stale ones. Please be aware.

Please tell me if this is made from a Nut free factory there is no picture of the back of the product ?
