I received this product at a discount for an unbiased review so here it is... It’s such a strange feeling to be wearing this product! It definitely does the job at sucking in your gut for a good length of time that would be impossible to do by yourself. It also gives you really good posture because it like wearing a back brace so it straightens you right up. It’s not the softest material but once it’s on and tight it doesn't move much so it’s not uncomfortable. It is pretty thin though so as long as you aren't wearing a skin tight shirt but something like a button up, no one would ever know that you are wearing it. The Velcro held really well, I'm not fat but I do have a big thick build, so I had to stretch this thing pretty far for it to fit around me enough to get the opposing sides of Velcro to overlap, but once it was in place it stayed put; even though I was half expecting to hear the Velcro struggling to hold on and have the belt let loose and fly half way across the room.

I am 6 feet and 180 lbs. and this product ripped the first time I tried to put it on. I never got to use it, but I highly doubt this will hold up over time. I am sending this back for a refund. It may be good for some people, but the one I received was not worth keeping.

I am trying everything I can to reduce and get healthier. This is going to be worn daily. First it is very comfortable. I like the tightness across my back. I find myself sitting up straighter just sitting here typing. I have had no discomfort from wearing it. Second I don't sweat while wearing it. I wear it over a thin t-shirt. It is adjustable and the Velcro closure holds it in place. There is no slipping or sliding around with this on. It stays in one place. I really think this is going to help me in the long run. I won't put it aside because I don't like wearing it, because I do like wearing it. This gets a 5 Star rating from me because it is something I will actually use.I received this at a discount in return for leaving my honest review. I really enjoy it and it makes me feel good that I am actually doing something even while I am sitting here.

I purchased this waist trimmer for two reasons one is to sweat a few unwanted inches off my waist.. the other for back support in my type of work there's quite a bit lifting from floor level to shoulder height some weights can exceed 80 lbs. it keeps my back firm and tight while you feel the pounds shed away.. I have to say for those who have never worn the trimmer it will take a few outings to get use to it, but after a while you won't even know is there except for the large amount of sweat in your clothing.
