Great watch nothing to dislike its comfy to wear easy to set up battery lasts well obviously depending on use lovely big bright screen that can be adjusted for brightness easy to read I love the fact it makes calls and receives them brilliant feature I've had several smart watches that have not been as good this is by far the best one my husband has a Samsung smart watch and apart from the fact he doesn't need his phone near him and he can answer text messages it does everything his watch does well worth the money and deserves more stars can't really understand the negative reviews that I have read on here

I have bought a few of these watches / fitness trackers over the years the last one seemed to develop a mind of its own and so I got this as a replacement.So far it has been faultless, easy to connect to the app and with a decent battery life it performs all of the functions that we are used to.My wife wears this watch and she commented that there is more choice of watch face than with her last watch. I’m unsure about replacement bands but they will be available somewhere no doubt.The charge lead is a little short and there is only one supplied but other than that it’s a good value product

This was a great product, untill recently. The watch no longer connects to the app. The App says its no longer active. It appears that the watch and app are now discontinued. Perhaps there is a new model and new app out so the older version is shut down. It's very disappointing as I now have to buy a replacement, it's also disappointing that they didn't warn customers this was going to happen.Also no longer able to contact the seller about this issue, customer care very poor!! Avoid this product and company!

So I got mine from new and used as I'd seen many mixed reviews. I posted a question about the watch and all my replies were negative and advising to bin it. However, for a smart watch that gives you notifications in weather, music playing, messages, phone calls and that you can instigate calls and hear phone calls through it... I think it's amazing!I like that you can customise the watch face too.The battery life isn't amazing and I had to charge it within 4/5 days but it charges very quickly.The functions are basic but also i think for the price and what it does it's pretty awesome!

I've bought this smartwatch for my girlfriend and she loves it! Especially because she can make and receive calls on it, and gets all her text messages from Whatsapp and Facebook. She likes that she can even personnalise the background with her own photos and control the music on her phone. In addition, it monitors sleep, steps and heart rate. It also looks very nice, the strap is soft and comfortable but can also be easily changed. It's a very good watch for the price and works well!

Helo I received my watch which was great it will not connect to the app in which its ment too please could you help

Liked the look of this smart watch, proffered it to others as after doing some reading it seemed to be more customisable, however operating system is clunky, some screens are in Chinese and move to activate function is spotty at best, very limited fitness activities, calling function is clunky, notifications work sometimes and not others, screen fonts are basic, phone app is not bad, but overall I’m underwhelmed. And returning product for a refund

Watch face stopped working on day 7 no reason as not worn during the day only for night no damage not been knocked or banged as bought for sleep to see what’s happened it was great at first then it was struggling to take readings and then just stopped working the other fault was the camera would not turn of it was always telling me my camera was on and active bug I could not stop it in not a good watch at all and I missed the return window as I struggled to find someone to take it to a delivery or collection point so could not get a refund I’m disabled and no one was available to take it also no option to get it collected from my home so wasted money and time

The screen picture changes every 24 hours or so. Soft and easy to wear strap.After a month of daily use the time is now running 4 minutes slow. Cannot find or there is no way to reset the time. iS this just a problem with mine or a problem in general?
