Software frustrating
OK, I took a chance with only having the compensated reviews, and bought one. There is an annoying issue that drops this from 5 to 3 star.According to videos on setting up the MMSCONFIG, the old version had a "delay Timer" that would take a random photo at a set time. There was a button that activated this. But the new version does not have this feature. It seems to default to time lapse. So what happens is every 55 minutes it takes a random shot and sends it to your phone and your email. That is 25 a day. That eats data, if that is an issue.English does not seem to be the seller's first language, so it has been difficult to get technical data from him. The manuals do not address this. For now, I've taken it down until I can figure out the issue. Even when there is motion like a car, it does not send that image. Just the same non triggered image every 55 minutes,I strongly suggest you watch some videos before installing the MMS configuration, because the manuals tell you do to a 'manual' install, but your sim card (mine was AT&T and it only cost $20 a month when added to my current plan) will probably install much easier if you use the AUTO on the MMS and STMP protocols. If both protocols are selected you will get double emails. One is fine, not sure why you would use both. Also note when putting in your PHONE number into the MMSCONFIG file (the one you want the unit to send images to) do not use (1) or any dashes. just enter the 7 digits and that is it. The manual was not clear on that, eitherThe audio works too well and singing frogs can trigger the video. For my needs, I just turned the audio off, but it is a really cool feature for those who want such things.Overall, if I could get over this one frustrating bug, I would give it 5 stars. But until I figure it out, this is a brick.

Somewhat dissapointed
Very slow function. If a car goes by slow it won't catch it. It also catches a lot of nothing and that's OK. I just wish it would respond quicker.

Cheap and it works!
So far so good. I had a hard time getting the SIM card to work from AT&T but they made it work. The best way to do this is to Go get a gophone. it will keep the headaches to a minimum. As far as the camera, it works great! Good pictures and they are sent immediately to email and my cell phone. Some pictures are sending late at night occasionally though. (thats why I put 4 stars)I will test this in the wild soon. When i get it out in the woods, I will revise and also update my review.I was NOT compensated for this review and I did NOT get a discount to review this item. I am an avid hunter looking for a cheap cellular cam. This one is working!!! so far!
