They got me what I needed, with no problems.

Works, not the best taste
A good deal, although I wish the taste was better. I have to cover it in peanut butter for my dog to take it.

Really like this product.
Recommended by a veterinarian friend, for a dog that had some swelling form a playing leg injury. I do think it helped tremendously and also recommend to other people.

Good stuff, but with some drawbacks
I used the people version of this every day and it is WONDERFUL. I bought the vet version for my 10-year-old dog thinking it would be great for her too. It seems like it is helping with joint pain for her. She doesn't like the taste so I have to crush it and put it on her food to get her to take it. One word of warning ... This product does contain turmeric, a good natural ingredient for fighting inflammation. However, it will stain anything it comes in contact with a mustard yellow. My dog chewed on a couple of these on my white carpet. I have no idea how to get that stain out. So, I recommend this product, but crush it and put it on their food.

Not original formulary
This product was not identical to what I have always purchased from Thornevet. Label was a different color and ingredients were not identical to the original for example had dogwood in it which original product doesn’t. Gave my dog terrible diarrhea requiring medication.

Ingredients Have Changed But the Label Hasn't
Have used Phytoprofen VET for quite some time and have been happy with the results. When I ordered the product in February, it arrived with a new label. Checked the ingredients and they were different. The seller and my vet contacted the manufacturer. They were both told "the products are the exact same but the packaging differs". This is clearly not the case as the photographs show. Fortunately, my dog did not have an adverse reaction to the changed ingredients but we have had to adjust the dosage.

Horrible Smell
My Veterinarian recommended this, so to get it sooner I ordered it on Amazon. My dog took one sniff and walked away. I tried crumbling it and hiding it in his favorite food, but the smell was still so strong he refused to eat. Amazon does not allow returns on this product. Recommend to buy it directly from the ThorneVet website as they have a 30 return policy.

It’s a natural way to help with inflammation.
I like this product it’s a natural inflammatory. Whenever my pups get mildly injured from running in the yard. When they start to limp I give them this product to help with inflammation. It gives great results!
