Great company, great products and better customer service! Ordered the East India Tonic and received a box of Ginger Beer instead. I contacted the company the day it arrived and they rushed me the correct order.It’s not ideal to wait weeks and the wrong product arrives, but they more than made up for it with kindness and response time.The syrup is not for everyone but I highly recommend it for those who like grapefruit or tonic bitterness. I drink it during the day and it’s like having gin and tonic anytime without the impairment. Yes, I also add potent potables to the syrup and soda, I must say it’s spectacular for mixing. Comes in liter bottles as well, if you want to try it first. Enjoy!

My wife and I love this stuff! And so does every guest that tries it. We were buying the smaller bottles of it for a long time, but this is a much better deal in the long run. Just wish it poured faster, could be something I'm missing? Still worth it 100%

I highly recommend Top Hat for an excellent product! This liquid box is meant for commercial use however so you need a special valve, so I called Shane (at TOP HAT) and he was enormously helpful pointing me to resources for box valves! He also gave a me a rebate!! Thanks Shane

Defective, I have the right connector, the insert in the box bag is the wrong thing no syrup will come out tried on 5 different lines and had expert come in tell me this is the manufacture problem, seller has not been helpful and not caring, do not order this.
