Have ordered these pods many times. Like the taste and strength. Has become a standard in our household. Sturdily packed and fairly priced.

Week pressure in the pods - Company Trying to Improve!!
ORIGINAL COMMENT: Good quality K-cups have positive pressure inside to keep the coffee fresh. Most of these came flat. I am not sold on the flavor although this has a bold taste. Will not buy again because of the quality of the packing. You don't know how fresh your coffee is! UPDATE: The company saw my comment and asked me for more info. When I told them about grounds in the coffee and other issues, they told me they were working on quality improvements. Then, unsolicited, they replaced my original order (140 cups!) which arrived quickly and in better packaging than original. I will watch the next few cups and see if the loose grounds issue has improved. But THUMBS UPS for a company making things right and seeking customer satisfaction!! Very rare these days!!!

I love cyclone for iced coffee.
I'm usually more of a light-medium roast girl but picked the cyclone up because the price was so low and my husband enjoys a dark roast when he drinks coffee. I was craving some iced coffee and decided to use this k cup since I just received them. I love, love, love it as iced coffee, dark enough to still have a good coffee flavor after ice has melted in it but no bitter flavor that I dislike. I will likely this flavor again to use most of the summer and looking forward to trying some of the other varieties as well.

Not disappointed with this
I have used K-cups extensively at the office and finally bought a machine. I absolutely love this variety pack, except the light roast, it was awful. Not just because I prefer a medium, but because the kcup was somehow lighter in weight, and coffee came out super-weak, watery. So I suppose that affects the overall value of the pack. But I still gave it all a 5-star review, because everything else was so wonderful, including the price and shipping, that every other aspect deserved top ranking. BUY THESE. Must have been good to make me post a good review, I only usually bother when I am angry, that's why my ID is 'Disappointed' :-)
