Heat boils in the mouth.

I bought these tablets after reading the reviews. After using for three days my mouth is full of heat boils. I haven't introduced anything new in my diet except these tablets. I hv been using grenera organic muringa tablets for more than 2 years but never had any issues. I regret this purchase n won't recommend anyone to buy it either 🙏
