Works well and dress the stone maybe every 3rd time you use the wheel.
This works very well. I would use it maybe every third time you use your grinder to keep it square. I show it on my TY Chan Bob Ease Shop

This stone does a quick and excellent job of truing the face of grinding wheels.

Works as expected, good price, never knew I need it!
I got my grinding wheel used and never knew a dressing stone was necessary. I've had it for years and really only use it sparingly, mainly to sharpen my mower blades. I never even knew which of my wheels were coarse and fine, they were always full of impurities. After running this on them for a couple minutes it makes a world of difference, I can easily see which is which. Highly recommend one of these!
