Product as stated and fits well and stays in place

Our old toilet seat broke and I was in need of a new one asap. This was at my doorstep the next day, and was extremely easy to install (i'm a female and had no issue). They included all of the screws/bolts you needed. I was able to unscrew the old bolts, and throw them away since they provided new ones. Once my old seat was completely removed, it took less than 5 minutes to install. Afew tips to note: - This Is NOT a quiet close lid. When I close the lid it slams down. Kind of surprised me at first, but I'll get used to it. If you want a quiet closing lid, make sure you search their other models that say "quiet closing lid" - The little plastic screw piece that goes onto the bottom of the bolt (part #B), had a flap piece attached to it to make it easier to tighten by hand, but I ended up having to cut it off because it kept hitting the side of my toilet and wouldn't tighten. Easy fix, but figured I might give someone a heads up in case they run across this issue. Just cut it off and I promise you'll be able to tighten it down. - When you remove the old bolts from the toilet, there might be a little plastic anchor tubes on the inside that you need to pull out in order to fit the new screws. My toilet had that since the old screws were smaller. Once I removed the plastic piece on the inside, the bolts fit perfect.
