XLNT Food Book
I have more than 150 cookbooks, with this tome, I was able to take down 4 Mexican cookbooks to give to Goodwill. This book has so many great recipes I know I'll use often.

Looking through the book, it looks good. There are a lot of recipes, some I already recognize, and some that are new to me, but still classic. The ingredients look very manageable and easy to find online or Mexican grocery. The drink and beverage section, I like a lot , lots of classic Mexican recipes, and even recipes for mixers and cordials, and so forth. I recommend this book for anyone interested in classic recipes, that are straightforward, not too complicated, but not too simple.

Great!
Wonderful variety of recipes and beautiful pictures. Definitely worth the purchase if you're curious about new recipes. I'm a 3rd generation Mexican American and love connecting to my culture through food. My Abuela and I have been spending time going through this book discussing all the different recipies. Hearing her opinions and memories of these foods have created very special moments for me ❤️

Great authentic recipes
I bought this book because my husband wanted to know how to make chilaquiles. The recipe in this book was perfect and delicious! Directions are good and the pictures even better to ensure it tastes as good as it looks. We have made several recipes and look forward to making our way through the book and enjoying great food.

Amazing Cookbook - just buy it!
I’ve looked through dozens of cookbooks in search of one like this. So much value for the price. For starters, each section of the book has a different theme - meats, poultry, soup, dessert, cocktails — the recipes are beautifully organized, well explained, clear ingredients, history and stories are told throughout with gorgeous photos.

Love, love, love this cookbook! Use it all the time!
Love this cookbook! My husband and I love to cook and we have tried several of the recipes and all have been delicious! Recipes are authentic and easy to make and have always turned out great. I recommend! It's my favorite cookbook so far!
