Anthony's Organic Hulled Millet, 3 lb, Gluten Free, Grown in the USA

This bag of millet is good quality and it's organic! I love it. I have a subscription for it because i use it to make my own seeds mix for my birds. The bag is not expensive and it last a while depending in how often you use it. My birds love eating it. It's their favorite part if their seeds. The flavor is good depending on how u cook it. I love it highly recommended

I'm avoiding potatoes; this millet is a good replacement to eat with any meal. I like that it is organic and gluten-free. It is bland, not much flavor of any kind. I add lot of things to it when cooking (not necessarily all for the same meal. I can use chicken broth instead of water, or beef broth, along with onions and garlic and mushrooms. I also use different spices at different times, like cinnamon or Kodiak spice. It's a quality product that I eat most every day.

This is the first time I tried millet. I really like it! I wanted something to eat besides oatmeal. It kind of has the texture of quinoa with a nutty flavor. I mix it with coconut or almond milk and add a little cinnamon to it. It comes in a very generous amount in the bag. I would definitely recommend it!
