As advertised, patches arrived as per vendor's picture. Hi vis stripe is extremely reflective. Put them on my backpack so I don't get flattened by an F150 on early morning walks. "Velcro" fastener is a better design than usual stuff that tends to get frayed from repeated use. I'd recommend this for folks looking to get a little more visible on the roads and trails.
