It's effectivness
I had squirrels in my attic and their scratchy noises were driving me crazy.I googled a strobe light but they were not LED's with a very short service life.Then I found this.It arrived quickly and then I made a mistake, I turned it on and looked at it.It is incredibly powerful and I was blinded temporarily.I installed this in my attic and the next day NO MORE NOISY SQUIRRELS.That was a couple of weeks ago.There is a knob for adjusting frequency of flash and you can also set it on sound detection which I never use.This is a fantastic device, I bought a second one as a spare.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Description says metal. All plastic except bracket.
Good light output but I bought because I wanted a metal case. Description says metal but the only metal on the exterior is the mounting bracket. Wasted my time like 10% of all my purchases here.

Missing Parts
The product didn’t come with a remote, a way to fasten it, or directions. It has to be adjusted every time you turn it on. Which would be fine, if there was a remote.
