Terribly Disappointed
In my earlier review, I had mentioned that I was very happy with the product. But after just a little over a month of use, I have to reverse my opinion. The product is "BAD" and the plating comes off ... faster if you toggle between smooth flow and spray.I had bought 5 of these and 3 have already gone bad. Just waiting for the other 2 to go bad too!!!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ... TERRIBLE

An excellent product
Very strong and excellent product. Easy to service. No big mechanism inside. So cleaning can be DIY ...
User
Good item
good product, please supply an adapter for 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch instead of the 1 inch to 3/4 inch available in the pack
User
Leaking and poor quality
This is made entirely of plastic and does not fit very well. Cannot tighten much due to plastic body and therefore leaks from the ball joint swivel. Worked ok for a little while when new but started leaking in a few months.
