T V picture and quality absolutely stunning . A very easy TV to set up

After a long period of researching all of the various options in order to replace an 15 year old Sony TV, I bought this TV on Amazon Prime Day and it has surpassed all expectations since it arrived a week ago. The picture quality is sublime, and the smart features have been easy to navigate through and super responsive. The minimalist smart controller is intuitive, but I can see why some people might get frustrated by the lack of number. Luckily, this TV came with a standard Samsung controller as well. It has a sleek design and with virtually all screen and a very flat back and feels well built, but the sleek design means that, with little space for speakers, the sound is compromised. No one should be surprised that sub-£500 TVs don't have amazing sound systems - I had already expected this through reading various reviews. I've ordered a Polk React soundbar, which will hopefully transform the sound as well. In summary, don't be put off by the mixed reviews. This is a brand new product for and I recommend checking out reviews on Kitele and Rtings of the TV for honest reviews. I did nearly opt for an LG equivalent, but at this price range, you won't find many TVs that deliver an all-round package than this.

MY USER EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK Delight of use: - Set up is super easy, simple and intuitive. Picture quality: - SPOT ON! really impressed, but seems this is what the value is based on. - Colour range is spectacular as you would expect for the price and brand. Sound quality: - I assume because it's a slim TV, there's not much space for OOMPH! This however was a bit of a surprise, when you spend a small fortune. I didn't expect to have to budget further for decent sound. I struggled to watch the first few things with the sound being really high on TREBLE with no BASE/depth A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND Speaker suggestion in description: - It would be nice to have a suggested SOUND SYSTEM to budget with your purchase. - Other than this point of frustration of having to cop out more cash for a more cinematic experience, keep in mind that there's no INPUT JACK for sound, so you would have to get a bluetooth set/soundbar. I still highly recommend this one, especially being a UX/UI Designer with a fine eye for colour detail and picking up on little things, I'm really happy with this purchase from a VISUAL perspective.

Received the item via ArrowXL delivery service who were excellent, I had a message of estimated arrival, a call before the item was getting close to delivery and they brought it and placed the box were I wanted can't fault it at all. For the item itself it came with no dead pixels or black smudges on the screen and in perfect condition. I'm impressed with the screen quality and sound, I expected it to be worse for the price if I'm honest. My only small gripe is that the UI is a bit laggy I have another Samsung smart TV I bought a few years ago and it's the same issue.

This was our first smart tv, moving up from a Samsung that served us well. Despite the odd review comment about sound quality, on balance of price and Samsung features and quality, we went ahead with this one. We’re delighted with it. I think all smart tv’s take a bit of getting used to, both in terms of navigation, picture and sound, but only because it’s different to what came before. However, after a short time of use I realised that the navigation is brilliantly simple, the picture amazing and the sound fine.

For the price it is a fantastic TV. If you want more, pay more. Picture and sound quality are as good, if not better than compatible makes and it's quick and easy to set up using your phone (like most things these days you can't just plug it in and start watching). There is no Freeview/Freesat but I already knew that as I'd done my research. It has 3 hdmi connections which it clearly says on the product description. Plenty for what I need and if you need a different type of connection, composite for example, then buy a hdmi adapter.

Already have a 43" and were so impressed with the 4k quality that we decided to go big with a lovely huge screen. Delivery all went well and on time by Amazon. I looked and researched for a few days at uhd 4k, qled and oled. Then after watching a 4K film on my 43" UHD I decided it was certainly excellent enough of a picture to go for the same tech in the UHD and not skint myself out on the qled or OLED , and get the bigger screen and also built in Alexa, which I've not setup yet as I forgot my password.....doh! So yes excellent picture! Samsung sound ...... I use a soundbar.....! You will probably need one! But overall very impressed!

Really good value for money. The size is more than enough for our bedroom. My partner has his ps5 plugged in to it and can access it with ease. Really easy to set up and its sleek design makes it easy to move back towards the wall so its not near the edge.

The TV AU8000 is one of the best, affordable, very high quality of Samsung’s TV. Colors are amazing, it has netflix, prime and shahid on the remote control. Very easy to use and you can adjust the picture and sound as you wish.

Best quality

The screen started turning off by itself and on when watching , I have just used for one year and the Samsung service team insisted that I pay USD 200 ( 750 dirhams) to have the motherboard fixed. Even after I was willing to pay the repair fees they cannot give a warranty on the new motherboard, I have used Panasonic TV for over 12 yrs without any issues. My other 2 friends have faced same issues with Samsung TVs and I regret spending $800 on this particular product. I definitely DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Bought it to replace an older model which had a sudden death. Gorgeous beautiful colors, lots of apps, lots of connections, and an extra remote so everything you can ask for but the only downside is its horrible sound. Yes I know I can add a sound bar but I would expect the default TV sound to be of good quality. Thats the reason for 4 stars.
