This is actually a nice piece of equipment
I was surprised, quite honestly. I was expecting inferior Chinese "craftmanship" here, but this apparatus is actually pretty sturdy. I am of the opinion that dips and pull-ups are the ONLY two core exercises one needs to build upper-body muscle mass and functional strength. So if you don't have time to get to the gym, or maybe you're older and are only looking to stay physically fit, if you can perform dips, pull-ups and work in some kind of leg exercise at home, you can actually build an impressive physique and increase strength. This apparatus perfectly fits the bill for dips.

Concerned about bending it while pushing off ground, but otherwise perfect.
The metal for the stabilizer is a little bit soft/bendy where its simply reasonable to build up a bit of muscle first without the stabilizers before trying to lift your whole body weight off it, or until you don't have to entirely rely on the strength of the bars to compensate for muscle weakness.Aside from the slight bendy stabilizer its absolutely perfect otherwise, none of the holes are cut in the wrong spot, everything aligns, the metal was in pristine condition, the screw holes were lubed, everything was parallel and nothing was warped and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Just know there are 2 pairs of different sized leg stands so you should hold them up to each other and separate them so they are both on the same side or you'll get a rhombus.I have muscular weakness and hyper-flexibility and I experience pain doing normal workouts and I can't do pushups or curls due to the wrist and ab weakness. However, on this its painless and fun because it closely aligns with the most natural positions of the wrist and abs movement. I look forward to building muscles in areas I was unable to before. Its comfortable and safe to sit between and without any pointy surfaces or corners so you wont have to worry about stubbing your toe on it or tripping over it or getting scratched up. It's truly a wonderful item where you can sit between it and read a book or watch a movie hanging upside down, it reignites the playful aspect of exercise. It's also very lightweight and I had no issues carrying it. Definitely get this one if you're looking for something this size, otherwise get a huge one.

Excellent heavy duty and well made easy to put together.
Excellent heavy duty and well made easy to put together. At first I thought the unit was shaky but it turned out to be my muscles till I got use to it. I have it at the widest setting with the spacer bar and it is very stable. I would suggest wearing shoes when using this as I have managed to kick one of the 4 screws at the bottom twice already and that stings a bit. I am using this devise to pull my knees to my chest and also using it to glide from front to back as if I was using it to get to the other side. I also have the bar raised to next level so maybe 6 inch raise. Unit took 10 minutes to assemble and manual for me was not necessary. Dry stable and glad I bought it I will get much use out of this device. Will have to do the leg raises once I get better. It will take some balancing as well.

Very sturdy
A nice piece of equipment. Put it together in less than five minutes. Very sturdy. The only thing I don’t like about it is, it’s a little short. I’m 6’2” Really have to bend my knees a lot to stay off the floor. If it was 6 inches taller, it would be perfect.

REALLY IMPRESSED!
I Got to admit I picked the cheaper option and crossed my fingers, but this Dip Bar is perfect. Easy assembly, and so sturdy. The metal is way heavier than I expected and holds my weight easily. I am 6'4" 240 and I have no problems. The height has two settings and the width has 4. The only thing to be careful of is the footings might slip on tile, but cement and carpet is no problem. I am probably going to put something on the footings to keep it from slipping, but in no way does it diminish how nice this thing is.

Just as described
It's easy to assemble. Build quality is good. Grips the floor so you don't slide an hurt yourself. Versatile enough to do many movements. Good value for the money.

Could be better but still pretty good
Bought this dip bar station to replace my previous one that was very wobbly and had really bad adjustment knobs. This one caught my eye when researching because the knobs looked like a new design and also there was a cross bar connection to EACH foot of the dip bar for extra stability. After using the product for a few weeks there are a few things I don't like:- The overall bar / tube diameter is very narrow around 1.25". My previous dip bar was 1.75". If I had larger hands this would probably bother me more. I'm used to it now but it was a drastic difference at first.-The first day I used it the foam grip on the left side became unglued, so now it can spin freely around the tube if you apply some rotational pressure. It stays in place while I'm doing dips so not a big issue.-The parallel bars are slightly skewed once you screw them to the feet. Not a deal breaker. Another reviewer noticed this as well so it seems like something with how the metal is fabricated & welded. Here are the things I do like and why I'm keeping the product-Adjustment knobs are good and tighten well. I like to alternate between a medium and wide grip for dips and rows so I'm constantly adjusting the width. My old bars the knobs would come lose and pop out-There are 2 cross/stabilizer bars, instead of 1, and each has 2 adjustment knobs. This makes the product very stable especially on wider grips.-Not sure if I put this together well but it feels very balanced. The base stays *almost* completely flat. My previous dip bar was so wobbly compared to this one, I did not like doing wide dips on it because of the shaky and unstable feeling.Overall they could improve a few things but it's not a dealbreaker. This product eliminated the instability of my previous dip bar and that's enough for me to stick with it. The price was also very reasonable.
