synthetic form of B12! Inefficient and potentially harmful
Stay away from this synthetic form of B12! Cyanocobalamin has to be transformed into methylcobalamin in the body before it can be used, which is inefficient. Plus, cyanocobalamin is synthetic, which means that it might be less useful than natural methylcobalamin, or it may even be harmful. A wide variety of side effects have been noted in conjunction with cyanocobalamin, and even if this substance is entirely safe, it’s still more efficient to give your body what it needs directly with methylcobalamin.

Energized and Feeling Great!
I’ve been taking Nature Made Extra Strength Vitamin B12 for about a month now, and I’m really impressed. I’ve noticed a noticeable boost in my energy levels throughout the day, without the jittery feeling that comes from caffeine. It’s easy to swallow, and the 60-day supply is convenient for keeping on hand. I also like that it’s from a reputable brand I trust. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support their energy metabolism and overall wellness!
