DO NOT UPGRADE TO WIN 11
This is a great computer as long as you don't install WIN 11.....it will cause BSOD's all over the map.Fast, powerful, bang bang.....2 thumbs up so far.Would have given it 5 stars, but for the win 11 incident.

IT's HP for me! Love it!
I have an HP laptop that is, after 4 years heavy use, a bit worn, but still in use. I have been so happy with it that I decided to get an HP desktop. I'm extremely pleased with this unit. I had it up and running in about fifteen minutes out of the box. I've been using it for a month now. I'm partially blind and usually have to have hubby's help initializing a new PC. Not this time! The keyboard supplied is pretty good. I wasn't sure I wanted a wired mouse, but the wire is attached to the front, so it never gets in the way. No issues with it.I failed to notice that there wasn't a DVD drive, but I picked upone for $50, still making this a good value for the $$$. I didn't want Windows 11. If you don't have to have next year's model, this is great. No problems whatsoever. It boots up and shuts down easily. It handles software my Dells didn't like. It's fast and fits my neeeds perfectly.

This computer has booting issue..
This system has booting issue always when the computer was turned on. I have to turn off and on two or three times to boot it up all the time. Once I booted it up, then it was working very well as expected. I had to spend long time to figure out the solutions for booting issue. I still didn’t know exactly what the root cause is. I do not recommend it for those who are not familiar with the computer system.

I am having problems with it locking up, and it restarts bec ause it has a problem, once a dayh. can it be repaired. or replaced i am having problems and i want to return e it

So far, so good
I've only had this computer for two days, so I can't comment or make projections about its durability. But other than that, I'm completely impressed with it. Lightning fast compared to my old computer (Intel I-core 3 with 4 GB RAM). Easy set-up.
