It's my fault
I didn't look at this correctly. I didn't realize it was just the case and not a speaker. I do feel like advertising with a speaker in the case is highly misleading. I didn't open it, and gifted it. Bigger whoops on my part for not doing due diligence. I'm sure it does what it intends, but I'm not happy with this purchase.
