Good eye support
I buy this for my wife. Her ophthalmologist recommended for her eyes. Seems to be helping. At her last rye exam there was no deterioration in her eyesight. In the past her eyes would get a little worse with each visit.

Helping I hope!
I do not know how to review supplements, since I don't have lab equipment to test the ingredients, can't run controls on myself, and have no way to measure efficacy or problems over the long-term. All that being said, this seems fine and I certainly have not noticed any obvious adverse effects. I hope they are helping as I have myriad vision/eye issues (extremely near-sighted, detached retinas suffered in both eyes, cataracts in one of them). We'll see.....(ha!)...

This works for me.
