Engraves well, but a warning with diode lasers
First off, the acrylic fits well in the base with nice rubber stoppers. The lights are bright and the remotes are convenient.For engraving:If using a diode laser (20-40W), be sure to apply a dark background (if engraving on the backside) or a topical paint for the laser to reflect from/on to. It is critical for clear acrylic to have a opaque surface for the laser to penetrate. Engraving works well, but I would not recommend cutting. Could not cut more than 1/32” at full (40W) power due to the clear issue.

Crafting
I purchased these to try with my Cricut. I wanted to engrave but failed to do the research and got the wrong thickness. My bad so I kept them to use with vinyl or paint.

Good quality
Very happy with these. They seem to be good quality. I have used frosted vinyl with a Cricut to make the designs for them and they really look amazing!

Too Thick for Cricut Engraving
The media could not be loaded. I didn't read reviews before I bought these... I was looking for a product to engrave with the Cricut. Since they were too thick, I opted to try applying frosted vinyl on them and that worked out just fine! All parts function as expected. Both round blanks each had an annoying light scratch blemish. Thankfully, the two square ones were perfect.

Came Scratched
I ordered these to make Christmas gifts. So far I've used two of them and they are both scratched. The acrylic comes with a protective sheet that you remove but they were still scratched. Not a huge deal except for the scratch stands out like a sore thumb when the acrylic is on the light base.
