Novice DIY be careful not to crimp during installation.
So, if you have a 2012 Ford Fusion and your wondering if you should go Motorcraft or save a few dollars here let me help you. If you are adept at DIY filter replacement this it it. But, if you have trouble with those three pesky tabs in your Fusion, u know those three on the back side that are so hard to fit together when up try to cap off the compartment itself...you will find Motorcraft ribline is more steady to replace for anovice DIY. I ruined my Fram and I wasnt a novice But to be totally fair the filter looked like it would do an excellent job. Had to replace with motorcraft immediately my faultnot Fram.
