Do you make an insulated door curtain for an opening that measures approximately 96" tall by 48" wide?

Hi there,I'm sorry it can't,it just fits doors up to 37" x 82".If u have any questions, plz feel free to contact me,my email is ljl131855@outlook.com.Thank you!

Will this keep rain off a french door that leaks?

Yes, since it's like a shower curtain with Velcro edges. It's good.

do you want to buy one that's larger than the opening of your doorway?

Exactly size should be better if you buy bigger it would over lap

Would this keep steam from escaping a bathroom?

I think it should if you install it as directed and it seals up the doorway top to bottom. If you put the double sided adhesive velcro on the outside of the bathroom you should be okay.
