ok
it did make an improvement however it didnt stop the check engine light it gave me a p0014 instead. went to the garage for and they said its not within spec. i also couldn't find a way to direct messages the seller. only had the option to go through Amazon returns. it was a mobile mechanic that fitted the part so i dont have the old one to put back on to send this 1 back. just been garage and they said its rubbish dont buy. can't get hold of the seller for a replacement

Decent vanos replacement for my R56 cooper. Set up and working fine
Well they work, look decent quality. Time will tell, likely the rest of the engine will explode before these fail .!
