Absolutely the best Kippered herring I have ever had!
I was very pleasantly surprised to find these to be very very good! The grocery store near me stopped carrying kipper snacks, apparently they are not very popular. I looked online and saw these which sounded interesting since they were "peppered" ordered a 6 pack of them and have zero regrets! they are not overly peppery or overly smokey , they are just right. I liked that the meat is flakey and the outer edge is nicely browed form smoking and a little dryer so it lends a very good texture. I have been eating kipper snacks my whole life and always enjoyed them but this was a whole new level. I will for sure be ordering again, this is now my favorite brand for these!

Quality product
I tried this for the first time. I honestly prefer the unsalted. However, peppered is a good second place. Northern Atlantic, cold water herring filets. Naturally smoked, no preservatives. Lightly salted. Makes a tasty, quick, healthy meal. Herring is a small fish that is very popular in northern Europe. Whether smoked or pickled in brine or oil, herring is so versatile and can be prepared in many ways.
