How many inches is the core? I need to find a dispenser for it to fit on.

I have a 3” dispenser. It fits that, but it is not snug.

What is the thickness of this tape (quantitative, not "very thin").

Tape is not very thick but it is sturdy.

Exactly how thick is this tape in either mils or mm? Exact thickness is important for my application.

I can’t say exactly as I don’t own a mic, but I can say that it doesn’t feel any thicker than 1.0 mil. I’d venture to say it’s about a 0.8 mil at most.

Not sure what Kapton tape is, but this is heat-tape which doesn’t leave any residue when using it on my substrates while using my heat press.
