Best purchase ever.
The Kamari Joe Classic 2 is amazing. It is very easy to use. It lights and heats up quickly and holds its temperature perfectly. Have smoked a couple of whole chickens, pork loin and brisket. It maintained 225 degrees. Have also grilled burgers. We love this unit.

Sabiendo regular bien el tiro de aire es fácil controlar bien la temperatura y te permite cocinar para 2 o 3 personas buenos asados y parrilladas, mantienen muy bien el calor en su interior.

Très bien mais il faut savoir qu'on ne retrouve pas le fumé des barbecues traditionnels. Pour ce faire, il faut ajouter un ou plusieurs morceaux de bois sec (à tester). Je fais des essais de cuisson lente (120/140°)

Perfect size for picnics and camping
Fantastic BBQ got this to go along with my Classic Joe 2 and for picnics and camping etc, can't recommend these things highly enough
