This stuff is awesome. I accidentally washed my work clothes with a pen in one of the pockets, and the pen exploded, staining a brand new suit, shirts, and socks. I applied the product and scrubbed the ink stains on the suit with a toothbrush, and I washed the suit again with unscented tide and the spot remover. The ink stains came out of the suit, but did not come out of the white socks. The scent was light, and did persist through washing. I only wish the bottle came in a bigger size! I think this is a great product, and I highly recommend to anyone in a pinch!

Bought this product to get permanent marker off my granddaughter's coat and it didn't even lighten the mark a little. I let the product sit, heavily coated in this product for over 24 hours and the spot with the marker on it hadn't changed or lightened at all. Very disappointed!

This stuff is amazing! I have the worst luck with getting stains on brand new clothes and pjs. I always think they will just wash out but they don’t and then they get set in and I have brand new items that look old. This is especially true for pjs that I always seem to spill coffee on or go out and feed the horses in and while most people don’t care how their pjs look, I am weird. Once I found it worked on pjs I started using it on all kinds of clothes I had stopped wearing out and had let become “ chore” clothes. If it removes the stain a little then you can do it again until you get it all. My only complaint is that you can’t get it by the gallon because between the restaurant I work at and the farm I live on I always have stains. In a perfect world I would pretreat stains but I am so busy many times I forget and now I can still save the clothes.

One of my kids left a pen in their pocket and did their laundry, the pen remained in the dryer and the next person who did laundry was the unfortunate recipient of a large blue ink spot in the white embroidery on a black sweatshirt. We tried rubbing alcohol and acetone with a little bit of success so I ordered this—immediately started lifting the ink. Not gonna lie—it’s taking a lot of effort to blot and treat and blot and treat but the stain is lifting and I expect it to fully remove the ink when my hands aren’t tired of blotting anymore. Will definitely keep this on hand for other ink stains and other hard spots.

Does not remove tough stains like ink

This product works great for removing stains from white jeans, clothes and bed covers. I was very impressed with how it eliminated stains without using bleach. Definitely will purchase again.

It didn’t remove ink. I should have listened to reviews on Amazon before purchasing it.

Amodex Ink and Spot Remover works well for light stains, but it struggled with tougher ink marks. I followed the instructions, but it took a lot of effort to remove certain spots. It's decent for everyday stains, but don't expect it to work miracles on heavy ink spills.

Does not remove or even lighten the pen marks. I was able to instead get rubbing alcohol (much cheaper) to get the job done
