I have been very extremely satisfied with nbpure MagO7 as a gentle option for constipation relief. It is easy to take and works effectively without causing the nausea or uncomfortable cramping that some other products can cause. I have tried powders, pills, Milk of Magnesia (most successful), etc., but am typically left with little success or cramping. I appreciate that the ingredients are simple and that it provides a natural way to support regularity. I have taken it only on an as-needed basis and not as a cleanse. I’ve had success with it on the days I’ve taken so haven’t felt the need to do a cleanse. I also like the package options provided on how to take to fit your need. The capsules are easy to swallow, making it a convenient product to keep on hand. I also like that it works overnight, which makes it easy to fit into a nighttime routine. I bought a 90-day supply and do not feel that it is “pricey” because it actually works! Since I only take as-needed, this bottle will probably last me close to 9 months. Overall, nbpure MagO7 has been an effective product for occasional constipation support. It is gentle, convenient, and effective when used as directed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple digestive aid to help maintain regularity. I highly recommend this product if you’ve tried everything else (or even if you haven’t)!!

Although not inexpensive, Mag07 is a terrific & thorough colon cleanse product. I've been using it on & off for decades, long before the advent of shopping on Amazon. If not for the price, I'd keep at least a small bottle of capsules in my medicine cabinet along with charcoal caps & a brand of grapefruit see extract (eg: Nutribiotic) for upper & lower GI health & emergencies. Although long interested in the benefits of having a routine certified "high colonic" cleanse annually, I find Mag07 is a pretty decent alternative. I learned about oxygen therapies in the late 1980s & had personal experience utilizing food grade H202 (which I understand was something the late famous heart transplant doctor, Dr. Christian Barnard, employed personally daily for arthritis until it damaged his stomach lining). Anyway, Mag07 is a safe and effective way to cleanse one's colon. I've never used it on a daily basis & not in the typical extended body cleanse method since I first bought it in the early to mid 1990s. When used as directed, it does an excellent job of flushing out the colon (make sure you have quick access to the WC when using it! LOL!). I've NEVER experienced any of the negative laxative side effects (cramps) when taking Mag07, which makes it a great alternative for those who dread those side effects. Combining Mag07 with a periodic "cleanse" diet is definitely a great way to go (literally & figuratively), whether once a month or a few times a year, depending upon one's needs and desired benefits.

If you are constipated this product is for you! I was getting constipated and had to have back surgery. I was in really bad shape after. They had me taking 4 Docusate sodium ,2 Senna, and MiraLAX all at the same time! I had gone to the ER and they helped a little and sent me home with a gallon of go lightly; what you use to prep for a colonoscopy. All of these created abdominal pain and a little dirty water coming out. I was impacted. It was painful. I was getting all kind of recommendations from my Facebook feed. I went to Amazon to see the reviews and found Mag O7. Wow!!! This stuff works!! I took 2 at night and I went 3 times the next morning. What a relief!!!💃🏻💃🏻.

I am so impressed with what a gentle cleanse this is. I’ve used other products in the past and will only use this in the future. I took it last night for the first time. I had a late dinner and was concerned that it wasn’t on an empty stomach as they suggest. I had no urgency to go when I awoke and believed it didn’t woke. Wasn’t until I started drinking my morning latte and I tried again. Like I said, it is gentle. There is no cramping that I have experienced with other products. Highly suggest trying.

I have been dealing with constipation due to medications for multiple years. This product works very well. It takes a few days to begin working, but as long as I am consistent in taking it, it provides complete relief. I take 3 capsules to start, then reduce to 2 capsules after 2-3 days. The only reason I deducted a star is because my in most recent bottle, the capsules have a horrible taste. It is almost as if there is powder residue on the outside of them. I have to take them with flavored water to mask the taste.

I have struggled with constipation my whole life. I wanted to find a natural alternative to the laxatives that I had been taking since I kind of scared myself out of taking them. Each night that I feel I need to cleanse whatever is in there, I take two of these pills and it works like a charm every time. This has been a literal lifesaver - I’m going to continue to have these on hand always!

Amazing pills. I’m so happy to be able to find them here and not have to go to stores that sell supplement. I first learned about them when I was following the JJ Smith 10 day green smoothie diet and after that I’ve always stuck with them. I use the multiple ways if I’m really feeling like I need an extra push if I make a protein shake or a smoothie in the morning, I will empty one capsule in it and it’s not harsh at all. It’s very gentle. It won’t have you cramping at all not to sound like a commercial that I’m selling it, but I have been using this for years. Be careful with how many you take. I would advise probably not to go with as many as they suggest in the beginning because everybody system is different maybe try one at night and pay attention to your body for the next 24 hours or so then if you feel as though you can handle more go for that.

This stuff will clean you out! Really good stuff for constipation. You will be cleaned from way up above! You will know as your poop will smell horid! Make sure to take it at night and drink a full glass of water with it. We love it!

So I’ve had these tablets now since May , I have ibs so bowel movements are not a regular occurrence most of the time. For a couple of days every other week I would take 5 capsules at night with 12oz of water ( some times a lot more water) , they worked in helping me have a bowel movement but not enough to eliminate the back up . Anyway that was until I took 5 last night with coke cola ! About 15 oz to be exact . Boy did that work ! It was like the great Nile , yep brown and watery ( sorry tmi) and nope it didn’t stop after one visit , it went on all day long . I’m pleased to say I am light as a feather and feeling so much better. It never caused any stomachache/ cramping like most laxatives. So if you’re like me and still having problems after days of taking the full dose of 5 capsules with enough water to sink the titanic , next time try it with coke cola and make sure you have nothing planned that whole day so you can be in easy reach of the toilet. Another thing I found was taking them with water it took up 10/12 hrs to work, with coke cola it took 5 hrs to start and endless hours to stop. Everyone is different and it depends on how constipated you are on how long it takes before it comes to and stop . Pretty much like moviprep ( colonoscopy laxative) but without the disgusting taste.

This works wonders. Really does detox you so make sure you don’t have to go anywhere if you know what I mean. Gentle on the stomach but works!
