I love the steamer bags you don't lose anything nutrients and it's quick and easy I recommend this to anyone that likes steamed vegetables. I even use mine to soften my vegetables a bit if I'm going to roast them in the oven it makes quick workout of stuff

Ziploc Zip'N Steam Cooking Bags, Medium-10 ct – I LOVE these bags. I use them all the time and now my local grocery store no longer carries them. Sad panda. So alas I go to my trusty Amazon and find it! Yay Amazon to save the day for this home cook.I have used these since the first came out and have used them for any veggie I want steamed. You can steam most anything you would typically on the stove; Veggies frozen OR fresh, Fish, Chicken and more.The best part about these bags is that the veggies steam in their own juices/flavors. No added water, and you get to keep the nutrients that you would otherwise lose if steaming in a pot on the stove. I promise your veggies will taste 10x better using these bags than a steamer basket on the stove.The ONLY down side is that they are one time use, which means trash, landfill etc…. I like these bags for several reasons. They are durable and versatile. They are easy to open and close. I bought them to microwave my veggies. And they work well for that. They also keep my food fresh so when I only use a small portion of the food I’ve microwaved, I can save the rest for later. I definitely recommend purchasing these bags. The price is reasonable as well.

These bags are great! You just put your vegetables in the bag, follow the cooking instructions on the bag, pop the out of the microwave and presto! You have steamed vegetables with all the vitamins still intact. You can also put your own seasonings in the bag with the veggies. Fresh or frozen stuff cooks equally well in these bags. Ziploc has done it again.

I love baking potatoes in these. I put a little olive oil in with the potatoes and pop them into the microwave. It's a shame my grocery store doesn't carry these bags. They make steaming fresh vegetables a breeze.

These are great for empty nesters to steam a small amount of fresh vegetables. With only two of us now, it’s hard to cook balanced meals. These make it a lot easier. Unable to find in store lately. Glad Amazon carries them.
