Would this be good to put around established hydrangeas ?

I have put it around my established hydrangeas and peonies and they are both coming along nicely

Can this be used to mulch roses in winter when they get ready for dormancy with out stimulating them?

Yes our Magic Mulch is a great product to over winter your beds. The Mulch is bio-active and nutrient rich so it will feed your soil, add organic fibre and increase the worm population and boost soil bio-diversity. There is always the possibility that some of the naturally present NPK and mineral content does feed plants as they move into their dormant state but this should only serve to boost root growth and prepare them for a comfortable 'hibernation' and have the plants well set for Spring.

Do i need to remove this mulch in spring if used to over winter daliahs?

Magic Mulch is completely Organic, made entirely from Organic material, and will break down and feed the soil over winter. This should be left (what hasn’t naturally bio degraded over winter) on and in the soil for the best start to Spring and for your Daliahs.
