This is the exact tool used at U-Haul for quickly checking tires on duallys and trailers. It is good to use anytime you stop to refuel or rest as it can. I feel safe with these in my house. The price is good. The only thing is, its slick to grip. I bought some baseball bat grip and wrapped it. Now its easy to use one handed. I have 2. Hopefully, I'll never use them. But I feel safer because I do have them.

This is the 2nd one I bought so that says something. Unfortunately I lost the 1st one. Not heavy and does the job.

This product does what it is supposed to do, check tire firmness before rolling my eighteen wheeler out on the road. What I don't like is, it's not heavy enough at the striking end and the handle needs a better grip. Needing a better grip is NOT the fault of the manufacturer but rather the LAW which states that if one puts a grip on this TOOL then it becomes a WEAPON! A knife is a tool too and can double as a weapon but I'm not going to check my tires with one!

Bought this for checking tire pressure. Basically a wooden stick with a piece of metal on the end. Metal piece does not seem super sturdy either. Not the best quality. Wish there was a grip on the end because it feels like it may slip out of my hand. Wrist strap is also cheap and too small.

It's a stick with a heavy steel weight on it. Be very careful, it hurts when you whack your head with it! But it makes a beautiful thud when you thump your correctly inflated tire with it! Not sure what else you could use it for and don't get caught in some large cities or states with it within reach while driving. Or concealed. I keep mine behind the rear passenger seat. That way I can start my trip by thumping the passenger front tire, walk around to the driver front tire, walk down and around the RV and back up the passenger side. End up right where I store it. Far enough away that nobody should accuse me of having a dangerous weapon!

Great size, useful for disabled person

Really good for either knocking tires or ending fish the right way before you take em home.

This nice piece of ash , is very beautiful, sturdy, and delicately ribbed. The tip ! Or the end , has a nice shiny ribbon of steel ! Would I recommend this: yes. “Living near the city, you know” this is a must have. ! I certainly see the ( defence only ) head cracking potential. !🥷

Not sure what to do with this...do I scare my tires with it or wait for the next road rage encounter ?
