Cover Looks like fabric but is plastic. Not a bad thing, easy to clean.

Good quality, great size
I love the pocket on the front and the sturdy cover. The pages are thick so ink won't bleed through, and the attached ribbon place holder is a nice touch. Great notebook!

Not bleed proof
This journal is absolutely not bleed proof. The paper is super thin- especially for a $14 notebook. Extremely disappointed. First words I wrote bled right through. Definitely not what is being advertised. Thick pages were what made me buy the notebook in the first place.
