Installed, about 2 weeks, on my ‘05 Suburban 1500 (5.3 vortec)....Perfect V8 vintage sound and noticeable power increase.

Good muffler
I installed this on a 2011 Silverado 5.3 liter with a performance tune. Cut off the rear catalytic converter, welded a 3" coupling on to the end of the Y pipe and ran 3" pipe to the muffler with a 3" mandrel bent tailpipe. Sounds really good and picked up a fair amount of low end torque and better throttle response. Only real complaint is the drone. Has quite a bit of drone anywhere past part throttle and when climbing hills. Other than that I love it
