For that price of 179, are they fake?

Paid 199 for a refurbished set. It works just like a new set. Wanted black but they only had dark blue, which I really liked. Have had almost 2 months. So far so good

Does it come with a case??

Yes, comes with a hard shell case

Are they the same as the $350 pair? Or are they different

They are exactly the same, only difference would be the original box they come in. The case and cables are the same. No issues with them at all not even a scratch.
