Cat Tails Unscented Cat Litter, 25 Pound Bag

My cat prefers this to the more expensive brand of litter, although it is a little dusty. I wish there would be a non-dusty, inexpensive cat litter. Someone commented that the dust goes away when the litter is poured into the pan. However, I found that the room the litter is in gets coated with dust, so the dust probably gets reactivated when the cat covers his/her poop with it.

It's probably my fault for not reading the description more carefully, but it never occurred to me that litter still comes not-clumping. This litter also has large pieces and isn't totally without scent. Besides what I think, the ultimate critic was my cat who left me a present on the floor next to the box. Went back to his old litter the same day.

I love the fact that there are no harmful chemicals for our kitty found in this litter. I find that when I use the recommended amount on the instructions it works as promised and Little Lady likes that too! She gets littler all over the floor when there isn't enough to cover what she wants, when I increase to the 3 inches she doesn't make a big mess of scattered litter on the floor around her pan.

This is just your average clay cat litter. Not really better or worse than others in this price range. It's just nice to have it home-delivered instead of lugging it from the grocery store.

This brand is so dusty it's ridiculous. I have a black cat and she comes out gray every time she uses the litter box. Leaves her paws filthy as well! I've used a lot of cat litter brands and this is definitely one of the messiest.

The final test and I do mean final of cat litter is how easy it is to clean out the bottom of the box. I hate when you need a dog gone putty knife or something stronger to get out that wet litter. This cleans out a lot easier than most I've used. I give this brand a 5 star & thumbs up.

Very dusty, but good for the price. Cats seem to like it okay. Odor control not an issue since we scoop twice daily
