Soulo AM71 Karaoke for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Do not buy this. The Soulo app doesn't work. I couldn't download any songs. The gift coupon that comes with the microphone didn't work. I was able to use the microphone and the app to sing along to a few songs in my itunes library, but only some--and the sound quality was horrible. Waste of money!

The price was good for the item. Hours of fun and entertainment. I would recommend this item to anyone that would lilt to have fun singing and using the karaoke features.

This item has completely disappointed me. First the mic has a horrible cover that does not hold the batteries in tight. If you move the microphone around it will jar the battles out of place and you will have to open compartment and replace batteries again and again. Sound is not impressive and cost of the music/songs from the website is very expensive.... But the selection is NOT large at all. You can use certain tracts you have downloaded to your iPad but the mixer does not remove voices as it says. Very limited program. My kids were bored and aggravated with it in 30 mins and went back to the regular karaoke machine. I have now packed all of the contentrnts away in the orginal box and it is dust collector bound. :(

But it doesn't work as well as I had hoped that it would for recording audio but they did ship it fast.

So far, very disappointed. Won't connect to the iPad, and have changed batteries twice. Called customer service today and it just rang and rang. Unless someone comes through via email to explain what I am doing wrong and fixes the situation ASAP, this piece of junk is going back!

this is a very good pruduct. the mic uses AA batries andthe mic can go about 34 ft i use it all the time

I was so excited to purchase the Solo Karaoke wireless mic for my iPad. It was delivered fast. Set up was so easy. I couldn't figure out how to get my 10 free songs. So I had to call customer service. They walked me through the process in no time. So there are your two stars. I thought I would be able to pick out songs that I wanted. NOPE. They give you ten of their songs: When Irish Eyes are Smiling, Danny Boy, Silent Night, You Made Me Love You, Deck the Halls, Silent Night, Jingle Bells, O Come All Ye Faithful, Take Me Out to the Ball Game, Too Ra Loo Ra Loo Rai. Now don't get me wrong, I guess some people may like these songs. I thought I would be able to pick out my own songs. I hated this song selection. The Karaoke is fun, but the sound volume is not great. Overall, just two stars. I wanted to like this more than I did.

I was disappointed in the volume and quality of the microphone. I did get it at a good price and its "ok" for kids. The seller provided EXCELLENT service and a great price.
