Replacement Part Worked Well
I ordered this part on a Thursday & it arrived on Sunday. A plumber came to install it. Took about 90 minutes. The toilet is now functioning properly again. Satisfied with the part.

The Koehler part was great, and it came with the rubber gasket I needed; however it didn't come with new screws. I ended up having to go to Home Depot and buy a Kohler gasket kit, as they didn't have just the screws; I threw out the gasket that came with the Flush Valve.
