It’s not my favorite facial brush, but it’ll work. I should’ve read the description better. I thought it rotated and it’s wobbly on the stand, but it’s fine and it took a long time to charge, but it seems to be working fine. Now I have another I’ll rotate them.

The face brush really does what it says it’ll do. I loved that the hypoallergenic brush was very soft, almost like a makeup brush when you run your finger on it. Still, to my surprise, it’s enough to spread my cleanser and exfoliator products on my face evenly without wasting them. I’m a sucker for marbled looks, so the white marble was perfect for me. There are different power settings, which help control how strong you want it to be. I usually keep it on the lowest setting and then turn it up a notch when I'm at certain areas. Cleaning this thing is so easy, by the way. I thought the bottom would be an issue, expecting it to be open and something you'd plug in, but nope! All you need to do is make sure everything is dry after cleaning and place it on the charging station like it’s a holder. I was really happy with it, but I had a hiccup since it developed a charging problem after about a week or two; that's the only reason I removed a star. However, I was able to contact customer service to explain the issue, and Ken offered me a replacement for my inconvenience, which I really appreciate. He reached back out within 24 hours as promised with a solution, and I’m sure if my hiccup was something that could be easily fixed at home instead of needing to be replaced, he’d help and guide me through that too. Overall, I’m satisfied with how it functions and how customer service is; personally, it’s worth buying—so shout out to Ken for adding more worth to this!

Works good for me. Used Clarisonic for years and Soniclear is as good. Love how you can use a brush head for 6 momths or more, depending on if you use twice a day or not. A very good price. Thanks for your service.

I was really looking forward to receiving this product because the concept sounded amazing using sonic scrubbing as opposed to evasive brushing to cleanse the epidermal layer. Product arrived and only 2 of the 4 offered speeds worked. Big let down.
