So Healthy and Tastes Awesome!
This Organic Golden White Quinoa by FreshGreen Health is so fresh and GREAT tasting! It is also such a LARGE bag - Great value! It was super easy for me to cook this quinoa. I use organic chicken stock, and it only takes about 15 minutes to cook using the stove top. It tastes great when I cook it this way, even my babies will eat it up! I have also used the cooked quinoa to make "fried rice." I cook it exactly the way I would cook fried rice, and you really can't tell the difference at all! The BIG difference is that it is so much healthier to eat this quinoa "fried rice" then it is to eat regular fried rice. I've also used this quinoa in soups! I just love how versatile this food is! Definitely would recommend to everyone! So healthy, and tastes awesome!

Quinoa -- where have you been?
I love quinoa and tell everyone about how great it is, along with other gf ancient grains/seeds. Your quality and cost are fine. I'm a scratch ethnic cook age 71, rarely measure ingredients and take little medication. I think it's hilarious that the major supermarkets brag about their food then push vitamin supplements in the pharmacies.Need more praise? You just ask!John

I really doubt it is prewashed
This packet of Quinoa caused me a lot of grief. I have only cooked it twice for dinner (1 month apart) and both times I had unbearable stomach ache through the night. The only thing common between both meals was this Quinoa, so I'm pretty sure it is the culprit. I've been having Quinoa from other sources in between, so there is something specifically wrong with this packet I purchased. The rest of the packet is getting tossed and I will not buy from this company again.

Best tasting quinoa, and great value
This is the best quinoa I've ever tasted and a great deal too, especially since it's organic! It doesn't have the bitterness I've experienced with many other store-bought quinoa varieties (and I did thoroughly rinse those store-bought ones). I can easily eat this straight, probably even without any salt or pepper. I'll definitely be sticking with this brand from now on, and actually eating quinoa more frequently because this stuff tastes so great no matter how it's prepared or what it's paired with.

Well satisfied
Product arrived on time. I still had other quinoa on hand so I have just started using this brand. It seems to be fine. It calls for a different amount of water than the previous brand. I guessed when combining brands and it worked out fine. I recommend quinoa as a pilaf, browning initially with onions, then adding chicken stock, curry, parsley, or whatever.

love that no pre-rinsing is needed
Recently started to change to a vegetarian diet and quinoa helps with getting protein. Also, love that no pre-rinsing is needed.
