Just installed last night so we will see how long it works tonight after being in the sun all day. I will try to remember to post some pics and an update on the battery life and placement for the sun.

I have been interested in outdoor sensor lighting, however, as I am not an electrician, wireless lighting has been the go to. In the winter time, my truck is nested nice and snug in the garage, barely fitting, however to prevent the battery failures and cold weather jams, all the spring and summer gear are tucked and I can safely park the truck in the garage.In the spring and summer when I need all the lawn equipment, the saws, the wood projects, the truck is outside, and really no protection from anyone walking up to it, and deterring them from doing anything to it.There have been several break-ins in the area, and sensor lights are a good way to make someone notice, or deter. It has been raining today, so I will update on how well it is working. I have a couple small outdoor solar motion detecting LED lights, but this one is a monster. It's IP65 rated so it can be used outdoors. Just make sure that wherever you put it gets some amount of direct sunlight during the day for optimal charging. There are two modes. You can have it automatically turn on at dusk to provide light and it will stay on until dawn. Or you can set it to turn on at dusk in a dim mode and whenever there is motion detected, it will turn on to SUPER BRIGHT mode for however long there is motion. The light will automatically turn off at day time in either mode.The switch is actually behind a cover on the back that you have to unscrew to gain access to. I was surprised when I saw a screwdriver in the box. I didn't have to go to my toolbox and fetch one. I've never bought something that actually came with the tools you need other than furniture. It was great having that screwdriver handy when I opened the box. I saw that it is powered by an 18650 rechargeable battery. One of those fully charged should have no problem at all keeping the light on all night long.I'm very happy with this solar light. It would be great security light for any dark areas around your house as long as it gets some sunlight during the day. I received this item free of charge for my honest and unbiased review.

I am very happy with the solar light!!! I just got done putting it up maybe an hour ago and it looks great! Sun is down light is lit up bright just what I was looking for. Everything you need to put it up comes in the box. The screwdriver is nice; I’m adding it to my tools too. I think I had it up in less than five minutes. This 2016 solar light has 28 LED lights that are super bright! It is not too big so it doesn’t look all bulky when you put it up. I up load some photos so you can see the size and how much it sticks out. This is just the right kind of light I was looking for. I am loving this solar light. I hung it on the railing of my upper decks o it comes on when someone parks int he driveway and walks towards the house. It comes with it's own screwdriver and is easy to set up and use, it also came with batteries. It is working well for me, it charges well and comes on automatically at night and when there is movement. I would highly recommend this light.

I bought one of the lights when Amazon had them on the Daily Deal. I charged it up for three days and then mounted it above our downstairs door. It is one of the very best solar lights ever. I went back onto Amazon and bought three more of these lights to put around the outside of our house. I really like the fact ahat they are sealed against the weather and that you can select a low light with a bright light when the motion sensor activates. Or, you can forego the low light and have it off until the motion sensor activates it and the bright light comes on.I had some Sun Force lights before these and I would recommend these solar lights over the Sun Force hands down.
