I`m about a month on this mix and its my go to before a workout. Like others who have reviewed already, I like the absence of caffeine. I`ll do two scoops of this, bcaa`s during a workout if I have them and maybe some protein after, though I`m going to experiment with dropping that for a while. Creaforce however, is not going anywhere. It`s economical, tastes good and my strength and swole are improving.

Got watermelon, great flavor, super quick process to make, no nasty after taste. For how much you need, this will last a long time, and a small amount goes a long way for the flavor. Very sweet, for those who dont want it too sweet just add more water.

I like this product as it combines my 2 favorite products in one so I don't have to waste time getting them from 2 different places and getting different prices. quality is ok. I only take one serving as I do it for endurance at working at a computer, but if I do hit the gym would like to give this a shot.

I tried the watermelon and it Tastes Great! Simple formula with Creatine and Beta- Alinine. I started with 1 scoop and will work my way up. It has a good tingle when it starts kicking in. Glad there's no caffiene in this one so I can take in evening if needed.
