I love this product as it is a much better source of calcium and easy to swallow slim tablets. Can't swallow regular calcium and get terrible upset stomach. I have extreme osteoporosis and have noticed my pain levels have been so much better, which I attribute to healthier bones. I will be having a DEXA scan this week to see if there is improvement and will let you know!

It's still too early to tell whether or not these are effective. I'll know more in a couple of years when I go for my next bone density test. However, they're not too big, are easy to swallow, and don't upset my stomach. The reason for deducting one star is that there is not enough Magnesium to preserve the proper ratio between Calcium and Magnesium for better absorption. I make up for that by supplementing with additional Magnesium. I will update in the future to see whether or not these are more effective than the Citracal Calcium I have taken in the past.

The product is working well for me. My concern is in every bottle that I have received there are broken tablets in the bottle. From 2 - 3 broken tablets. That I am not receiving the full 90 tablets in each bottle.
