Wow what a great phone !!!!
Great for runs like new and it's unlocked so I can take it anywhere placed it on ringplus and works great the only bad this is that it has a burnt pixel on the screen but it's barely noticeable.

Cosmetically Damaged Units. Easy to Root and Flash.
The price spiked after the first unit I ordered. When the second unit arrived it was damaged and looked as if it had been packaged by someone missing hands. However, I will note that it was extremely easy to wipe this device and install a customer recovery and ROM.

Zero stars. Freedompop allow second purchaser to access my account.
So, I had ordered this phone last year activated it and then returned it shortly after because the phone constantly rebooted. I get an email this morning from a random person that they resold this faulty phone to that had access to all of my account info because freedompop didn't bother to make sure the phone wasn't connected to an account prior to reselling it. Also, I had to jump thru hoops to then cancel the account so this person no longer had access to my account. There is no way to easily remove a device or cancel an account. Only paid customers can send an email, and I had to wait until 10am because they are on pacific time, then navigate thru endless automation and wait on hold for a half hour. How or why they would let something like that happen is beyond explanation. Terrible.

Great phone after flashing with new system image.
I flashed the phone to Marshmallow 6.0.1 and it operates just fine under the new OS. I'm very pleased with the phone. The FreedomPop does not come with the little tool to eject the SIM card. I used a small paperclip to eject the SIM card holder so I could remove the Sprint SIM card and insert my own.

buyer beware
Do not buy if you eventually want to consider moving this phone to another carrier. I had the service with freedom pop for 6 months and then decided to add this phone to another carrier. I could not remove the freedom software from the phone and tech support could not or would not help. I now have a phone that receives calls from the other carrier, but cannot make outgoing calls without freedom pop unless I do it through google or another app. I'm very fustrated and disappointed with freedompop service
