GREAT BIKE!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to state that once purchased, my bike arrived in less then a week from DHL. This was much better then almost three weeks. THANK YOU. I have done spin for many years at a gym. I have not been able to find time to get to a class since starting my PhD. I looked around for an at home spin bike for a few months, and most are very expensive or look very cheap . The reason that the choose this one was I like the fact that it has a multi use monitor. I have had the bike for about 2 weeks now, and have rode it for about a week and a half. All in all I would say that I am very happy with my purchase. But something that needs to be taken into account when looking at this bike......I am 5'10, and with the handle bars at max height it is a little short at my seat height. The seat height is great for me, but I feel that someone 6st plus would have issues with bent knee. I would have to stay that if you are looking for a deal on a spin bike, and your under 5'11.....this bike should be on the top of your list. It is not hard to put together, takes about an hour. Great PRICE!!!! I am pleased, but will be contacting about the handle bar issue. If you have any questions please contact. Happy Spinning.

Why only 3 stars, I feel the bike could be inproved especially on the handlebar it's very sloppy work.
Broken-neckThe bike is heavy, about 82 pounds, very well built. Smooth rotation on the flywheel. It was surprisingly easy to put together. Very intuitive, the tools were included but are very cheaply made, I used my own tools.Being that this was coming directly from China, I was concerned about the box and the bike being damage on arrival. Well, that is what happened. The box was damaged with tape all over the box. There were holes in the box. When I opened the box, even the Styrofoam inside was broken. As I assembled the bike, the location where the handlebars slide and connect into the neck of the bike, was damaged. I put the bike back into the box, taped it all up, and then called Amazon customer service. They were great, UPS picked up the bike and I reordered the bike again. When the second bike came in I said to myself “please, please let there be no damage to the bike.” I opened the box and pulled the bike out checked every inch of the bike. The flywheel makes a grinding noise, so I readjusted the chain. The chain was too tight and I realigned the flywheel. This helped some of the noise, but there still grinding so I believe that the wheel bearings in the hub are too tight and needs some adjustment. I would recommend waiting until there are more reviews, at least 30+ on this bike before making a decision to purchase. Overall, the rest is fine. Be very careful what you read here some of these remarks are being paid.

Not for short people
Unfortunately I had to return this bike, Haslife graciously refunded my full purchase price, no questions asked. My problem was that the bike was going to be used by my wife and myself, I am 5'-7" down from 5'-11" when I was younger due to deteriorating scoliosis, I am 57 and was born in Italy, unfortunately scoliosis as a problem was either unknown or had not been studied extensively. Anyway my wife is 5'-1" and this bike was too tall for her to mount and subsequently use, I myself also had problems getting on it due to my back issues as well as some knee issues, but once I was on it I easily could use it, I did have a little bit of trouble using the bike sitting on the saddle, had to stand, maybe this was done purposely to get maximum health benefits, but if you experience physical problems such as myself this may not be for you. I assembled this bike alone and it took me me about 4 hours, not because it was complicated, it was just that there are some heavy parts, so unless you like assembling things and don't mind a bit of struggling I recommend getting someone to help you assemble it or have it done professionally as offered on the site. This feedback was edited from one star to 5 because Haslife's incredible customer service and quick no questions asked refund. Also this may have been only a fluke, the packaging was a disaster it looked like the only thing holding it together was the tape and luck, I feel the packaging should have been sturdier for a machine this heavy. On a positive note, the bike once assembled is a beautiful piece of machinery, incredibly sturdy, it says it can support over 500 Lbs and this is very true, I was over 300 Lbs and I felt very secure on this bike, also the bike is compact enough that you can place it in an open corner without it being obtrusive, but let me warn you read all the specs carefully and heed them you do not want to return this item if you live on the 2nd floor of a private house and have to negotiate narrow steps to have it be picked up.

Give it a try. You'll be glad you did!
It has taken some time to get to this point. I have tried several bikes, including ones with a console that completely controls the bike. This has become my favorite. It takes a little getting used to if you've never been on a spin bike before, but it won't take long. The bike is heavy, about 100 pounds, very well built. Very smooth rotation on the flywheel. It was surprisingly easy to put together. Very intuitive, I didn't need the manual. All tools were included.Being that this was coming directly from China, I was concerned with availability of certains parts, namely the friction pad that touches the flywheel. Sarah at Haslife didn't hesitate to include an extra pad, as well as an extra water bottle holder! Added to that, shipping was supposed to take a month, as estimated by Amazon. I got the bike in about 1 week! The handle bar adjusts vertically, seat moves both horizontal and vertical planes and is very comfortable. My only negative is that when I have the seat adjusted to where I need it to be, just about the same height as the handle bar, it is somewhat uncomfortable, for ME. I say again, FOR ME. Overall the seat has great support. I will find a substitute but until then I have no problem riding.Any issue I had was expertly and quickly handled by Sarah.I had the Exerpeutic 500. Great bike but you cannot stand, if you choose to. I had the Nautilus 614. Let's just say that this Cyclefire model has quickly become my favorite.
