Great product that saved a trip to the dentist
I recently got these Dental Polishing Strips after starting Invisalign treatment. My dentist had filed between a few of my teeth to create space and mentioned that on my next visit, he might need to shave them a bit more if there was any rubbing. Rather than waiting for the appointment, I decided to try these strips, and they turned out to be a game-changer. The strips are well-made and precise, allowing me to gently smooth out any tight spots where my teeth were rubbing. They’re easy to grip and maneuver, which made the process surprisingly straightforward. Of course, this isn’t something I’d recommend everyone try without proper experience or guidance—but having some practice and confidence, I felt comfortable giving it a go. I was careful and took my time, ensuring I didn’t overdo it, and the results were fantastic. When I went back to the dentist, he was genuinely impressed with how well I had managed to address the issue myself. Not only did I save a trip, but I also felt empowered to handle a small part of my treatment on my own. That said, if you’re not familiar with dental tools or how to use them safely, this might be better left to the professionals. For me, though, these strips were a great investment and worked exactly as advertised. They’re sturdy, effective, and just the right grit for light adjustments. Highly recommend them for anyone with the know-how to use them properly—just remember to take it slow and steady!

Great for chips or sharp edges
Really helps file the pesky sharp edges that appear out of nowhere. I don't trust dentists to err on the side of caution and "less is more" attitude.

Works well, does the job!
These polishing strips work well at first — the medium grit is just right for cleaning and smoothing between teeth. They’re easy to use and feel sturdy thanks to the stainless steel. Only downside is that the grit wore off after just a couple uses, which was a bit disappointing. Still, they do the job if you only need them for quick or occasional use. Decent value overall but could last longer.

Durable
First noticed this ss steel is strong enough to do all teeth. Grit provides enough gap for better flossing results with tight teeth spacing. Grit holds up with no tears and very negligible wear. One sided is helpful to address only one side of each tooth at a time. I prefer to switch rather than have no choice with a two sided strip.

Works on crowns!
After my front tooth chipped, I was sold on getting crowns placed on my two front teeth. It was the worst mistake of my life. I went to the dental office six times, and every time, the crowns were too big and the color was off. I used to love my smile but now my two front teeth are the first thing you notice because they jut out in the brightest white color. Because I could whiten my teeth, I wasn't concerned about the color so much, but I felt like a beaver with new teeth. In another dentist's office, they filed them down so that they wouldn't bulge out so much and it helped so much, but he didn't want to do more since they were crowns that would cost a lot to replace. In spite of that, I still absolutely hated my smile and haven't been able to take a picture because all I can see are my ugly beaver teeth. I have cried so much over it. When I was out with my friends one night, they wanted to take a selfie. After looking at the pic, I just bashed myself about my teeth. What made me sad was that my friends understood why I felt the way I did because they had also seen the change. After that night, I bought this product, and let me tell you, I have never been happier. I filed my teeth down enough to where it they actually look like my teeth before. I was scared it would ruin my crowns but it didn’t. I feel so thankful for this. Truly. I 10000% recommend.

Do it.
I have never written an Amazon review in my life and I buy virtually everything here. You're probably here because you have a small chip in your tooth and you're wondering if countless dentist forms and appointments is really worth it, considering 90% of dental procedures are tantamount to medieval torture. Seriously, those guys mostly just cut, yank, crush, saw, drill and saw and beyond full on surgery, you can probably do it at home and have way more control over your pain and comfort levels. This thing brought me to the promise land and smoothed out a minor chip in no time. If you're doubting you can do it, you can do it. Just look up a picture of your damaged tooths internal structure and gage if you think it's so chipped you're encroach on pulp, or even worse nerves. It the chip is obviously superficial and only the enamel, file away friends.

Unhygienic packaging. Loose strips in envelope.
These didn't come packaged like it is displayed on the photos. These strips were in a small paper envelope. Some were slightly bent so they were being handled wrong before "packaging" and who knows what else. I sanitized it before use. They are flimsy strips for minor filing. If you have a sharp edge it will probaby break the file like what happened to me. Its not abrasive enough for that at all. Works better on crowns than on real teeth. There are better products out there. It didn't help my sharp edge and just roughed up the enamel so tooth is scratchy now.
